Zenflox-OZ tablet is an antibiotic medicine. It is used to treat diarrhoea caused due to mixed infections in adults. This tablet is a combination medicine containing ofloxacin and ornidazole. And works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and killing the bacteria that cause infection.
