Description

Auxiliary power units (APU) are most often used in vehicles for onboard electrical services, typically in airplanes, boats, or heavy-duty trucks. In all such cases, the intention is to use the fuel that is used for propulsion (diesel, aviation, or logistic fuel) for supplying the auxiliary fuel cell.
