Ulgel A Liquid 200 ml is a combination of three drugs: Magaldrate, Simethicone, and Oxetacaine. Magaldrate works by neutralising excess stomach acid. Simethicone works by decreasing gas bubbles’ surface tension, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping).
