Description

DIOMINIC SR TABLET contains Dexchlorpheniramine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines. It is used to treat perennial, seasonal allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, mild uncomplicated allergic skin manifestations of urticaria and angioedema (swelling underneath skin).
