Description

Gelusil MPS Tablet is a combination of Aluminium hydroxide, Magnesium Aluminium Silicate, Magnesium hydroxide and Simethicone. Aluminum Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide reduce the amount of stomach acid and act as an antacid. This, in turn, provides relief from symptoms such as heartburn, sour stomach, etc.
